Brick Wallace, 1984-87Richard Eden was born on February 13, 1959 in Hartsdale, New York. He was a musician before becoming an actor and achieved his first theatrical success in Toronto, Canada. He later acted in off-Broadway productions, including the lead in Entertaining Mr. Sloane. After that play, Richard moved to the West Coast and landed a role in the television series Emerald Point. In 1984, Richard joined the cast of Santa Barbara as Brick Wallace. His work on the show earned him a Daytime Emmy nomination in 1987. Richard is perhaps best known for playing the title character in the TV series RoboCop. He also appeared in numerous films and TV movies, including Woman Wanted, Feast of All Saints, Crossed Over and Disappearing in America. Richard has been married to his wife, Shannon Hile, since 1993. They have their own film production company called Think Pictures. Richard starred in their first movie, 2009's The Intervention. |
