JON CYPHER
Dr. Arthur Donnelly, 1988; 1989

Jon Cypher was born on January 13, 1932 in New York City. He has a long list of credits to his name including films, television series and Broadway shows.

His roles range from Cinderella's Prince Charming opposite Julie Andrews during the last years of live television in New York to seven seasons playing the nefarious Chief Daniels on Hill Street Blues. His many other TV credits include Major Dad, Probe, The F.B.I., Marcus Welby, M.D., Knots Landing and Dynasty.

Daytime audiences remember Jon from his days as Dr. Alex Keith on As the World Turns, playing the love interest of Santa Barbara's Judith McConnell. He also appeared on General Hospital. More recently, he provided the voice of Spellbinder in the animated series Batman Beyond.

Jon has starred in several feature films including Valdez Is Coming, opposite Burt Lancaster, and with Dolph Lundgren in Masters of the Universe. His Broadway credits include The Night of the Iguana, Man of La Mancha and 1776.

Jon is married and has a daughter.
