Marisa Perkins,
1984-85
Valorie Armstrong was born on October 25 in Pasadena,
California. She started her career as an actress by mimicking her family
and friends as a small child. After a summer job as an understudy in Three
Penny Opera at the age of 17, she went to France and Sorbonne
University.
Valorie's first professional tour was with the show The
Establishment. After the tour, she won a co-starring role on Sandy
Duncan's TV show, Funny Face. She went on to appear in numerous
films and TV episodics, including The Stockard Channing Show, Highway
to Heaven, Empty Nest and The West Wing.
Prior to her role as Marisa Perkins on Santa Barbara,
Valorie appeared on the daytime drama One Life to Live.
